I love the colors and fabrics you used in this quilt, and I saw the earlier one you posted with scraps. That one inspired me - not that I acted on it (!!) - and this one continues to inspire me. Not so much for an actual Double Tall Skinny Vanilla, or "S" for that matter, but definitely to make a tumbler quilt and soon. ~smile~ RoseanneHome Sewn By Ushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13943739387560629258noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5703345404636516654.post-49632966179207455182017-07-25T20:14:27.290-07:002017-07-25T20:14:27.290-07:00Their loss for sure! I love the quilt and fabrics you used, and of course the quilting in which you wrote a wonderful tutorial on how to do wavy quilting which I've used and my quilt turned out great thanks to you but what I really love is your statement about piecing a back--not your favorite thing to do--I thought I was the only one that felt this way. To me, it's like making another quilt and I really prefer to use one fabric even though I have enough stash to make a q-zillion backs. Thanks for always being an inspiration! BTW, love the side story about the photo shoot.somethingrosemade14@blogspot.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02973160061640897272noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5703345404636516654.post-25020480184835627252017-07-25T06:48:36.881-07:002017-07-25T06:48:36.881-07:00Great use of your tumblers.
