So anyone else inspired to get your quilts outdoors and take some really nice photos as that one last step? Try it, you'll like it!
p.s. Check out my Photoshoots pinboard - some of my own, and some I just plain like.
I'm waiting for a couple of big quilts to come home from the longarmer so I can go on some photo shoots! thanks for sharing these
ReplyDeleteI always like to go outside to take final quilt photos... partially because there's nowhere clean enough in my apartment. :) I really need to scout out some new spots though!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photographs!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I've been ispired to up my photo game! If only I could get snow every other week, but just for a few hours! I look forward to seeing more!
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful photos. One of my favorites of my own quilts is my daughter standing in our backyard holding up a crib quilt I had made for her, she was 6 in the photo and is 13 now and it reminds me how much she has grown (the quilt was taller than her in the photo!)
ReplyDeleteYou inspire me with these beautiful shots. I need to find an adventurous friend willing to join me on picture-taking outings. Or...maybe I just need to finish a quilt first. Kind of that cart before the horse thing :o)
ReplyDeleteThese are all such lovely quilts, great idea to share them.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the featured quilt photo shots, that is such a great idea! I'm always looking for a nice place to take photos of mine so a little bit inspiration is good!!
ReplyDeleteI will definitely be looking forward to these posts. I love seeing how other people photograph their quilts. I also have a Pinterest board called 'Quilt Photography' in case you want to take a look. https://www.pinterest.com/annerdeister/quilt-photography/
