Over the weekend, we met friends for dinner at a local restaurant, and after a delicious meal, really had no need for dessert. Except on the menu was a favorite we couldn't resist: Affogato.
- Put a scoop of gelato (or ice cream) in a serving bowl. (Stracciatella, shown above, is my favorite.)
- Make a double shot of espresso and pour right over that creamy goodness.
- Grab a spoon and eat. Now. mmm mmm good
