The 4x5

There is, admittedly, relief today. As I mentioned on W.i.P. Wednesday, the 4x5 modern Quilt Bee has intimidated me since Day 1, and I am more than happy to have finished my blocks last night. I confess, I was in a quandary for weeks over which block to make, but when I came across "Planetarium" by Elizabeth Hartman, I was smitten. The decision was made. And once I got started, I really enjoyed putting together the colors and fabrics for each of my fellow bee members. Let's hear it for Beehive 10!

  1. Oh they are beautiful, and I'm still not sure why you worry over these things so much, they are fabulous and your bee hive will love them!

  5. I have to say I LOVE this block pattern!! It is beautiful but simple looking at the same time. Not overly complicated looking. My favorites are the Red & Black and Green & Gray! Great fabric choices for all of them, the textures and patterns really flow :)
